Not "I have to" but "I choose to"

I have to quit smoking-
I choose to love my lungs, feel my feelings, smell smells and taste tastes
I choose a fresh feeling mouth, I choose freedom from buying them and needing breaks I have to work out-
I choose to feel energetic, strong, happily exhausted, wonder about my amazing ever evolving fleshy human suit
I choose to play like I did when I was a baby, I choose to move like an animal I have to be there for my family-
I choose to connect with the people I've been through so much with, I choose to know them, I choose to love them and be loved by them I have to keep breathing--
I choose to be fucking alive, a livelier alive, feel the sun, stretch, play with cats, scream, love, cry Turns out there are lots of "have to's" that I don't want to turn into "choose to's" Fuck em, BEGONE I feel sweary It's fun 😊
