59 Moussaka Potato Bleeding again and some cramps so no pool allowed I took a little walk around the garden after taking out the trash Grass smells so good, I was tempted to hug the bushes again but too many neighbours I decided it might be fun to make moussaka But not the regular braised eggplant Egyptian version, no no no That would be reasonable Instead I decided to try the Greek baked version with bechamel And about 5000 other steps Was I over ambitious? Definitely Did I try to make a layer out of French fries? It's not like I rejected an abundance of normal potatoes for frozen fries so yes, YES I AM VERY RESOURCEFUL Did I almost pass out while stirring the bechamel sauce? I wonder if upon discovering my body, they would have figured out what I was trying to cook I don't think this oven is hot enough :') Will find out if it was worth it in 10 minutes |
